Services (€50K - €100K)

Depending on the complexity of the production we estimate 5-10 months of work of €10K per month

Hardware (€6K - €15K)

We rent out 1 HoBSoft server per satellite studio and 2 for the main studio each of €1,500. 3 studios is 4 servers which totals €6,000. 9 studios are 10 servers which total €15,000.

Expenses (€15K - €25K)

Primarily travel expenses. Depends on the number of studios and how far away they are etc. Covers also all other expenses in regards to HoBSoft′s employees, such as phone, internet, computers etc.

Total (€129K - €198K)

The total cost of the four elements in the contract:

With the above figures the price can vary within the range of €129,000 - €198,000.

Lower prices

There are several factors which can have a positive impact on the price:

1. One or more studios already have a HoBSoft server.
2. We are about to make the second movie together with similar techniques.
3. We are about to make the second movie together with the same key people such as editor, production manager, lead 3D etc.

Higher prices

We always expect that we will have to develop some new functionality or customizations in order to fit your needs.

Large production specific tools or integration with special studio systems etc. are provided at additional costs.

Payment schedule

The payment schedule is always made to follow the delivery schedule.

Because the assembly of your movie is included in the contract you will not have to pay the last installment before you deliver the final master to the lab.
